Our fully trained, highly-skilled technicians are able to carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to any make of van, truck or trailer.

APLUS Service Programme

We keep our customers satisfied by maintaining the highest level of operational standards. As a franchised IVECO Dealer, we’re covered by the APLUS programme which sets out guidelines for achieving exceptional customer service.

Non-stop roadside assistance

Emergency roadside assistance when you need it, where you need it. The IVECO Customer Centre co-ordinates all roadside assistance activities from first contact to roadside repair.

Where necessary, recovery to a franchised IVECO Dealer can be arranged too. Should you need urgent assistance for your vehicle, one phone call gets you in touch with a support network of more than 3,000 dealers and service locations throughout Europe.

Minimising vehicle downtime

Our priority is to get your vehicle up and running again in the shortest possible timeframe. We provide first class service, giving you the peace of mind that any vehicle downtime will be minimal.

MOT pass rate

WE understand that valid MOT certification is vital for commercial vehicle operators. Passing an MOT first time is also important, as subsequent repair and re-testing can prove time-consuming.

Our first-time pass rate target is 95% and we continue to measure against this in order to achieve the highest maintenance standards for our customers.

Dealer training

With customer satisfaction at the centre of everything we do, we provide our sales, customer support and technician colleagues with all the training they need. Training plans are regularly assessed by IVECO to ensure that our staff have the tools they need to keep customers happy.

End-of-life vehicles

As a producer of automotive batteries under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, IVECO Ltd are obliged to collect waste automotive batteries for treatment and recycling. This service is free of charge and within a reasonable time, and is available from final holders such as garages, scrap yards, end-of-life vehicle Authorised Treatment Facilities, Civic Amenity Sites, etc.
